AI Adoption Specialist
Job Description
Plan, facilitate, and host regular webinars (live or recorded) focused on demonstrating innovative applications of Copilot Chat, Copilot M365, and Copilot Studio AI Agent Builder. Develop session content that highlights unique and out-of-the-box use cases to inspire Copilot service adoption. Collaborate with partners to increase their familiarity with Copilot’s generative AI capabilities and its impact on business productivity and service quality. Promote Copilot service subscriptions through informative and engaging presentations, fostering a deeper understanding among prospective and existing users. Gather feedback from session participants to continuously improve webinar content and delivery, ensuring it addresses user needs and highlights real-world benefits.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in roles focused on customer engagement, customer success, or customer experience, with a track record of building strong relationships, fostering user satisfaction, and supporting the successful adoption of technology solutions. Strong understanding of Copilot products and other generative AI technologies and its offerings. Experience in webinar hosting, online training, or customer education is highly desirable. Familiarity with setting up different types of Microsoft Teams meetings (Standard, Webinars, live events, breakout rooms).
