The CoPilot Studio Lead is responsible for designing, building, and deploying repeatable 
industry agent suites and custom Copilot agents, workflows, and automations that solve real 
business problems for Australian SMBs, focused on customer success and repeatable solution 
patterns.
This role operates within the Delivery function, leading our Copilot Studio capability - working 
hands-on to build copilots and agent-based workflows, while guiding a small technical and 
business workflow team.
You will directly support clients with Copilot solutions, contribute reusable blueprints and 
workflows to the company's product library, and help shape future capability by bringing 
deep insight into how SMBs work and where AI can meaningfully improve productivity.
As a subject-matter expert, you will also engage with the company's community, sharing 
knowledge, showcasing use cases, and helping SMBs build confidence and capability with AI 
tools.
Key Responsibilities
Copilot & Agent Design
• Lead design & build of Copilot agents, workflows, and business automations
• Develop repeatable templates and reusable prompt libraries
• Apply business logic, conversational design, and process understanding to build real world workflows
Client Delivery & Advisory
• Work directly with SMB clients to translate needs into Copilot solutions
• Conduct discovery workshops & solution scoping
• Provide advice on use cases, readiness, adoption, and AI enablement
• Support deployment, testing, optimization, and client success
Workflow & Pattern Development
• Identify and design agent workflows aligned to SMB business processes
• Build standardised “SMB AI playbooks” for common functions (HR, finance, ops, etc.)
• Collaborate with Engineering by informing workflow design & user patterns 
Studio Leadership
• Mentor and guide a delivery pod (workflow analysts / AI builders)
• Ensure quality, consistency, and structured delivery
• Foster a culture of ethical, practical and business-outcomes first AI use
Community & Content Contribution
• Participate in the company's community events, webinars, demos & knowledge sharing
• Contribute expertise to support clients adopting Copilot tools
• Create internal documentation and contribute to learning experiences supporting 
adoption

Essential Experience:
• Proven experience designing and building with Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Power 
Platform
• Strong workflow and process-mapping skills (preferably SMB processes)
• Demonstrated hands-on experience designing, building, and delivering automation / 
AI / low-code solutions for business users (hands-on maker, not just advisor)
• Consultative problem-solving and client communication skills
• Experience mentoring or leading delivery teams or pods
• Ability to take ambiguous ideas and turn them into working solutions
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational Skills Desirable:
• Microsoft certifications (Power Platform / AI)
• Experience working in or with SMBs
• Knowledge of M365 ecosystem and connectors
• Experience facilitating workshops or presenting to non-technical audiences
• Exposure to prompt engineering and agent design patterns
