Business Analysis & Process Optimization
Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows and opportunities for improvementDocument business requirements, user stories, and process flowsIdentify optimization opportunities within agent workflows and customer experience pathsTranslate business needs into functional specificationsManage ADO backlog for Omnichannel team, including supporting Agile activities such as sprint planning Platform Support: Five9 & SalesforceAssist with light configuration changes in Five9 and SalesforceSupport troubleshooting of Salesforce + Five9 connectionsPerform initial triage and collaborate with technical teamsHelp coordinate release activities and testing Vendor & Cross‑Functional CoordinationWork closely with Five9, Salesforce, and other vendors Training, Change Management & AdoptionCreate user documentation, process guides, and training materialsConduct trainings, demos, and enablement workshopsEncourage adoption of new features; gather user feedback Quality Assurance & TestingDevelop and execute test scriptsValidate cross‑platform functionality between Five9 and SalesforceSupport user acceptance testing
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, or related1–3 years in a business systems or operations analyst roleExperience supporting SalesforceUnderstanding of contact center technologies like Five9Strong communication and requirements‑gathering skillsAbility to troubleshoot based on processes and system interactionsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred QualificationsHands‑on experience with Five9Familiarity with Salesforce CTI connectors and CRM integrationsVendor coordination experienceExposure to AgileExperience writing training materialsBasic understanding of APIs or system dependencies
