Security Awareness & Education
-Conduct workshops focused on security awareness for Microsoft 365 and AI-related topics.
-Provide clear, practical guidance for protecting identities, securing data, managing permissions, and ensuring information security.
-Convey complex security concepts in an accessible manner for non-technical audiences.
-Promote practices within the community that embed secure behaviors into everyday activities.
-Consistently communicate new developments and updates to keep all stakeholders informed about emerging cyber threats and the most effective mitigation strategies.

Governance, Privacy & Standards
-Support the creation and sharing of strong standards for security, privacy, and governance.
-Offer specialized advice on ethical AI use, modern data management techniques, and adhering to regulations.
-Combine industry-leading practices with Microsoft’s security frameworks for thorough compliance.
-Identify and resolve common security risks and misuse within community discussions.

Community Enablement & Information Dissemination
-Implement a one-to-many security enablement model using posts, resources, sessions, and campaigns.
-Publish security advisories, best practice updates, and awareness content for the community.
-Support webinars, briefings, and learning sessions focused on security.
-Collaborate with the Engagement Manager to embed security messaging in community programs.

Risk Awareness & Escalation
-Monitor community discussions to detect security risks or concerns.
-Escalate risks, trends, or compliance issues to Delivery and Security stakeholders.
-Ensure consistent messaging during security incidents or changes.

Insights, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
-Monitor the community's engagement with and implementation of security guidance.
-Deliver comprehensive reports detailing prevalent risks, knowledge deficiencies, and areas for improvement.
-Regularly enhance security communications in response to feedback, incidents, and platform usage patterns.  

Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the IT industry

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience working with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 (M365) tools

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Capable of managing tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
